Corsten - LA Residency?
There was mention some weeks ago about a Corsten residency this fall/winter in LA. True or False?
From what I know, it's very true and unfortunate because Ferry + the crowd at Avalon = a so not fun experience.
Dave
Avalon? FUCK! I agree with Dave, the crowd isn't exactly the funnest to be around. But hey, look on the brightside, he could be a resident at Lyrics

I'll trade you a donald glaude for a ferry corsten.
He would likely bring a big chunk of the Spundae crowd to Avalon.

So I have this feeling that vibe and crowed will actully Nice since most of the TA's/ friends will prob. go!
Still, this is going to be good for the LA scene, and in the long run, for Cali EDM scene. I'm excited about this.
As for braving the crowd, there is no doubt in my mind that Avalon would be even more crowded, with the Spundae-goers in tow. My inclination is to avoid his first gig - as I'm sure the turnout would be the most.(or would this not make any difference since every one of his shows will hit capacity?) I would eventually want to get a confirmation that he will be spinning once every month for sure(as rumored), if only so that I can plan ahead about getting myself down to SoCal.

yea that place was insanely packed when I saw sasha, kinda sucks it'll be that packed for ferry everytime, but hell its ferry.

It will be a Saturday!
ferry could be playing in a cardboard box surrounded by stinky crack addicts eating beans over a garbage can fire, and i'd still be first in line

Ferry is like family.
Well if I was fresh outta Wisconsin I'd go see crackheads eating beans too...
Just wish venue had more space...Guess I'll just have to make my own room amongst the shirtless meatheads walking around.
