02. Eye Wall - Bad Deal (Roland Klinkenberg Remix)
03. Roland Klinkenberg - Monday Groove (Original Mix)

Every week I will be featuring a MiniMix that I will select 3 songs from an artists originals or remixes or from a label. You can call these samplers or Pod Casting sets. Whatever you want! This one right here is the first of the series. I chose Roland Klinkenberg cuz he has some of the sickets beats and I dont think enough people know who he is and definately doesn't get enough credit. So hope you enjoy cuz I think these tracks are some of his best work.

Big Thanks goes out to Clovis for putting together this exclusive mix for my show, Weekly Warmup that is broadcasted every Sunday from 8pm-11pm PST. This is one of the best sets I have had on my show to date based on the response of the listeners. The intro track is totally insane and is a must listen!

Thanks for downloading and hope you enjoy!
Mike D.

Not sure if you looked over the "MiniMix" part! and I dont think I would call these a demo either. More for letting people know my personal taste in artists and labels and giving them some recognition! But since you are Mr. Chavez, you can call them whatever you'd like Pod Casting is more the concept with these MiniMixes.

clovis' set was simply amazing, INCREDIBLE track selection. i finally got to hear it all since i got the last 20 minutes live. the entire set was wicked, well mixed clovis. you earned my respect all the way. (despite the DRUNK SETS that had more horses than Santa Anita ) great job in this live set, definitely a mix that i will listen to more than a couple times i assure you of that. its going into my EDM folder TONIGHT BIIATCH!

Mr. Faded your server reset, re-downloading and a review soon

What can I say??? It's a Faded server running "Fader OS XXX"

I forgot to mention what the deal is with Kinetic Measures. Kinetic Measures will be the series I will be going with for my monthly ETN shows. I chose this name because I plan to be using more upbeat tracks that are funky/chunky but also have the splashes of euphoria or cheese for some! The reason to the rhyme is that every measure of each track is filled with energy. I am trying to find tracks for this series that has minimal breakdowns or at least ones that dont last 5 minutes long!!!!!!

my dsl connection officially blows!

turns out it might be my connection that flickers off and on every now and then, which makes it difficult to download sets sometimes. okay... re-re-redownloading mike

no one can make a perfect mix. and if anyone thinks they are perfect, shame on them.

(please consider huge djs of that stature usally do not mix their cds... its all digitally mixed on the computer using software meaning there was never any true mixing, they simply layed out the tracks and pressed a few buttons. yeah... believe it!)

Involver was mixed on Ableton.

But why not see it as...ok...they mixed it in Reason or whatever...so HOW good is it and how far did they go seeing as they had this tool.

Any way a set is mixed...its always with a tool...whether it be tables, ipods, ableton or somthing else...its all a tool...

What the DJ does with that tool is another matter...

Those are his skills, because he mixes digitally...live! What is your definition of perfect? Going into defintion details, I think its a flawless mix, not one thing I can say wrong about it...therefore being perfect in my ears.

If perfection is something that cannot be reached...then of course by that definition...then its not

Who cares??? I hate it when people are so critical and have a damn score sheet. Does it really fucken matter if the guys is not perfect? WHO THE FUCK CARES!!! All that matters is that the DJ pounds the dance floor and people embrace their music. past that, YOU ARE A FUCKEN LOSER IF YOU ARE HOLDING A SCORE CARD!!!!

Mike...you scored 2.5/10.

I give Mike an even 4 out of 10 because the vinyl he does use isn't scratched enough. He also uses a 4 channel mixer so that knocked off points. The biggest loss of points is for using a turntable with a pitch adjustment, you should be mixing your records just by holding the speed with your bare hands like Junior Chavez. DJ Faded is a fake DJ.
