this is something i wanted to share with you all... the set that officially got me into dance music for all who care.. and for those who havent heard this set, its the way trance used to be... utterly amazing

in order for it to work, let teh countdown clock count down to 0 (starts at 45). when the 'megaupload links' popup window appears, click on the X.

and once its finished counting down, it will change text to -

Klink hier om te downloaden

and then click on that and it will ask you to save as: etc..

Some of my absolute favourites from my eclectic collection of old trance CD's.

They just don't make it like they used to...

I bought ASOT 2005 to try and get into today's trance. It's utter shite!

One of the best live sets I've ever heard. It was actually Gatecrasher's Global Sound System CDs that got me into trance - I still listen to them.

Nah mans!! Its a different kind of good. Back then the technology was poo compared to what producers have today. Everything was so much more basic back in the day, -less was more, and too a degree less still is more..

These days producers cant help but use everything under the sun, cos they can. The actual musicianship behind most of the tunes that come out today are far more advanced than back in the oakey era of Gatecrasher late 90's. The revolutionary programs that have hit PC and Mac have put pro studio's in front of anyone who has the dollar. (IE - me) If any of those tunes came out today, we prolly wouldnt hark a goober on them because we are used to the unbelievable sounds that are being produced today.

They oldskool sounds hold sentimental value! ..and they fucking rock.

I second the MegaUpload idea, they don't have transfer limits afaik.

Paul Oakenfold was also my first, my cousin bought a cd of his over. He was even my first live artist!

haha i think teflon teapot and i discussed this set at length at altitude recently its my pump up for guestlist action cd, whenever i need a pick me up i chuck it on and all my worries are forgotten
