I know there's a few peepz here that play around with grafx so I thought it's about time that we had a thread for TA's to post any graphic art that they've made.
Acceptable for this thread
- links to own deviant art (or any other website) profile
- photochops
- 3d art creations
- sigs/banners
- wallpaper
- whatever as long as it's made by you ie. no stealing other people's shit and posting it here
- max res 1024x768 (for anything larger, post a thumbnail to the full-sized image)
- discussion on techniques
- tutorials
- links to cool wallpaper and or graphic sites
Not acceptable
- stolen work
- funny images off the web (start a new thread for that)

Ahh ok Ko0l. Thanks for updating the top post... Its a bit clearer now. Lol. I'm just an amateur digital photographer but i've started doing a bit of work in Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign lately.

Awesome, I'm a (recently finished) year 12 art/design student who has just compiled his folio in preparation for uni interviews. I'll post some of my stuff as soon as I work out one of these free image hosting thingies.
I've textmode graphics if thats of interest, lower than any resolution you guys put out =)

Had to make some cd covers for graphics at school.
I was too lazy to think of names so i juz went through and put random names of other songs on their.

haha, thank you for your kind words minski. But believe me when I say that it's been a very, very hard year. When I went into year 12 my ability and standard was far lower than it is now. The best advice I can give you is to not be put off by designers you perceive to be better than you, simply be inspired by them. From my own experience this year the faster you realise this the higher your own standard will become.
I had a look at some of your work on devART and it's not as bad as you may think, I really liked some of your illustrator work. If you are serious about design then the ability to learn is going to be your best strength. Visit galleries, exhibitions.. especially things like top arts and top designs (if you are in melb)... hopefully you'll see some of my work there .
Good Luck! It's bloody hard work if you want to do well, but it's worth it in the end.

i made a few cd covers but they are on an old dead(?) pc that i dont think i can get to now. i also made a 3d model of optimus prime for my year 12 visual communication project, but its not that good, and the skin is worse
