the best software is Orion syndicate vst,,if you wanna make quality electronic music,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you will never get a record deal making tracks in Fruity Loops even if you have alot of experiences
and how can you justify such a remark???
Using a $1.000.000 studio with ProTools does NOT assure you of a record deal.
I take it neither does "orion syndicate".

and with an attitude like yours dj cuttoff, you will never get one, the person just needs a decent software and a creative and willing mind to create good music, just because orion might be better to you, doesnt mean other people using other programs suck

Record Deals isn't where its at anyway. I always though it was about the passion for the music, and no software can give you that. I've used FruityLoops ALOT and if you need any tips let me know. I've worked around just about every bug they have. I'll check out that Orion stuff though. And none of my stuff is very melodic. Real Hard Ethnic Trance.

That's true, but come on, if you make music, you want it to be played. You want people to hear it, or even better you want people to dance and freak to it!
You want it spinned at a big party and 50 000 people dance their ass off to YOUR creation.
Well that can be arranged the most effective way through a record deal.

I've heard enought horror stories about record deals. People getting ripped off for a bunch of money only to have about 1000 records distributed. Maybe what I should have said is that you shouldn't jump on the corporate media horse just to get signed. Even "indie" deals are usually owned by some huge corporation who only wants to pad their expenses.
When you start looking around for deals, always check them out. A record deal can ruin your life if you are not carefull. Stick to making good music. If you really want a deal, let your promoter handle it. Some labels exist only to rip off artists.

Fruity Loops is not only great for beginners to learn the concept of producing electronic music (great manual too), but it's also very helpful to advanced users. I have found many neat tricks with effects and plugins and I'm quite happy with the application.
Expensive software is great in a way that it expands your abilities and makes your job easier after spending months and months reading manuals and screwing around with buttons you have no idea of.
Keep the good vibe! Love the music! Record deals and cash will follow!

Fruity Loops is about 129 USD for a good full version. But you get every upgrade for free. Try that with acid or rebirth/reason.

que mas bien o q??????? pues el orion es lo mejor eso si,,asi que anda a www.orion-center.com o a bajatelo por morphues ,,full version,,pero tenes que tenes muchos samples y muchas vst instrumenos para poder sacarla provecho,,nos vemos mi pana adios

No-one can really make negative comments about fruity loops when they listen to the dj deft version of Out Of The blue, Cos they are very nearly 100% exactly the same.....
Just think of all the money Ferry spent on hardware n shit , and he could have done it all for free... haha
