IPOD NANO, YESSS!!!! no more burning cds and wasting money!!!

i also got a german flag, a british flag, 200$, a gift certificate to ROSS, and 10g salvia, 10g shrooms from some friends!!!

my parents gave me a 1/4 of pot about an hour ago. my mom said it would have been too awkward to give to me in front of my grandmother.

and im having loads of trouble getting this ipod thing set up on my comp. i have so much shit and updates, and stuff to get rid of and download before i can get this thing working. reallly sucks.

advice: download the updates when they become availabe. specifically, my usb port are not 2.0 or some shit. i have to get high-speed usb ports, which i know nothing about, so im thinking i have to take my comp into the store and they put it in for me or something.

also, just get a usb 2.0 4-5 port pci adapter. it's easy to install. don't take it in. save your money. what' kind of computer do you have? you may already have it.

( apparently my parents got me nothing anyhow I'll be in the US next week and they said they'd get me a real nice coat over there cause they're cheaper then in France ( the ones I like here go for around 300+ dollars )


I got my mother some lame kitchen stuff that she asked for:
a pan to cook fish. Damn I had to go to about 5 stores to find one it was out of stock and when I heard the price for a quality one was about 180 $ .... I managed to get one for 60 or so
also got her a nice expresso machine.


for my daddy well he's been a sucker since his bday in august. He couldn't find anything interesting for him ( namely a pair of shoes I even offered to get some real nice expensive ones ). Perhaps I'll go shoe shopping today with him worst day of the year.


for my sister in the US I built her a baby bed. It was actually mostly a family project with my parents. I did the wood work ( with a friend of the family ) my dad did the wood stain and my mother did the bedding section that will go inside of it. Despite the fact it's real nice I'm scared my sister ain't going to like it cause she always has to complain and have complicated taste.
I also got my sister in the US an album by a french artist called Corneille cause she really misses french music. sorry. you are all screwed up. You are saying that you have 1 x 256MB chip, 1x 128mb chip, 1 x 64mb chip, and 1x 32mb chip? Also by the time that P4 chips went to 2ghz, usb 2.0 was pretty much standard. you should be fine.

The way to check is to unplug all usb crap that you have, go into the device manager, click on the (+) symbol next the "Universal Serial Bus Controllers". You should see "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller" or something along those lines. "Enhanced" being the keyword. I would take you step by step, but i finishing packing for my flight.
