Pictures from Sonic -- January 1st, 2006

i arrived a little after 10pm to see sean miller play and he was playing some great dark/chuggy house. it wasnt very busy at that time but people slowly started filling the space. chus&ceballos started a bit after 3am (i think) and wow. they were better than the last time they played at lot332. i stayed until 7am when my body and mind couldnt take any more punishment. this was my best new years celebration so far.

I was totally thinking almost the same thing (except it was the nye before last in mtl for me AKA 'the night she lost her marbles')

Hahah from a girls perspective (well mine at least) I never got harassed once last night.

Every guy there was either gay or too sloppy to percist after I shood them away the first time. So beautiful. Now you guys know how we feel in a sausage fest, LOL

the gays took over the dancefloor and all the straights were hiding at the back of the club near the coatcheck. all the beautiful women were pretty much up there.

lol. she comes into the booth and asks ceballos if she could dance in there for a bit. he thought it would be okay but she decides to dance right infront of the cdj-1000, blocking cbus' access to it. if you are allowed in the booth, at least have the courtesy to not get in the way of things. she was dancing so close to the cdj that she was almost gonna bump it.

but on another note, chus&ceballos are really great guys. im so glad that i had the brief opportunity to meet them in the booth even though it was really hard to hear what they were saying because the booth has FOUR monitors! they are truly world-class individuals.
