Do you ever feel so overwhelmed that you just want to drop everything and run away???

I just have so much going on and I am not willing to drop anything... So of course it is my own fault and I should not be whining at all.

But sometimes I feel like I want to take all the balls that I am juggling and just throw them out the window... and run away before they can find me again...

You know...?

That is exactly how I felt prior to my nervous breakdown (oh, sorry, they call it a Major Depressive Episode now) several years back.

u should team up with my sis and he friend from NY who are in the thoguht process of starting somethng like that in Goa..only theirs would be a spa/bar/lounge or something

I get that once in awhile... and one of my best friends she is totally overwhelmed with a lotta burden at the moment.

In my case I have a problem with taking too much upon myself without truly considering the bigger picture... generally work related I'm talking here. I think I'm improving though I say no to things these days if it means it will be too much burden or I will have to do something half-assed to balance it.

Good luck in finding the path back to peace of mind... it's the most important thing of all to me

I try to do to much... I think I just need a vacation... and by vacation, I don't mean the trip to Miami next month.. ha ha... yeah right, I will not relax at all!!!

i go there at least once a year to forget everything. take the stairs to the beach then go left, pass both bars and walk till all you can hear is waves (around 1 km). bring lotsa sunscreen, lotsa beer, towel and.... thats about it. after a while you'll notice that you're thinking clearly cause you're not thinking at all. me and my best friend were doing that every single day for some 10-11 hours and all that we were saying was "yep....yep". no need to talk cause everything was just perfect.

Stick by your commitments. It will pay back..maybe not now, but surely in the future!

I feel pretty overwhelmed right now and definitely starting to look at other options.
