Niklas Harding Appeciation Thread
Easily one of my favourite newer trance artists. I fell in love with his productions, partly because they are similar to Andy Moor/Whiteroom's recent style of trance.
Blue Circles
Shadows
Butterfly Effect
Ice Beach
Pagoda
and especially my current fav....Red Jewel
Also love the recent remix of A Boy Called Joni - Green Astronauts.
Lots of talent, and definately a bright future ahead for Niklas. Most productions don't blow me away recently, but Niklas Harding's work has never failed to impress me. The first time I listened to Red Jewel I felt like I lost consciousness and invisioned myself in a cave full of singing red jewels. Definately a suitable name for the track; genius! I wish most trance tunes had as much life as these tunes. I anticipately await the next production.

he uses little gnomes that do the hard work for him.
then he takes a big red sticker with his name on it and a big yellow sticker with the name of a random gnome and puts them on the cd
i dont believe he has any solo projects. i love red jewel simply because its your average prog trance track, the rest are meh. from what ive been told hes only been producing for a while anyway.

I just noticed your description of red jewel, the hell are you on. i want the drugs you took to see that.
i played blue cirles at a hotel party once full of ppl who only listen to emo and rock.
everyone was pretty drunk and talking very loudly. the melody came in and everyone stfued immediately
dont forget his unreleased remix of leama and moor's "everything matters"

You probably think Schulz and Armin are gods aswell eh
Great guy to talk to, and throws down a nice set.
Still can't believe he used Tracking Treasure Down in his Jan. Promo mix though...
yeah he's a nice guy! don't like his productions too much but he likes what he's doing and a lots of people on this board too so it's allright!
tayfoon, what's your problem with people liking it, you don't have to listen to mcprog if you don't dig it - quite simple isn't it?
This guy is a FANTASTIC producer and I really can't understand how you can't like the melodies in previously mentioned songs (Ok I haven't heard all of them but most of them really and they own).
Lucas & Beltram Remix of Butterfly Effect ftw!

| Originally posted by Ian I pretty much echo these sentiments, he's been on the boards here long before he got anywhere & he always seemed nice enough. better than those who join up only to promote themselves |
