I got caught....

So, the one day I don't take a little bag to clean up after my dog, I get caught. This lady was parked at a stop sign and my little pooch decided to take a poop across the street. This lady, I kid you not, sat their and waited to see if I would pick up after him...Slowly...I start walking away and then you hear this lady yell "clean up your dogs Sh__!" What was I supposed to do when I had no bag...So, pretending to reach into my pocket just to show her that I would...she drove off. I felt so bad that when I got home, I grabbed a bag and ended up cleaning it...

Has this ever happened to anyone??!!

dogs pick the most in opportune times to to shit. i once took my friends dog for a walk. just as i'm heading out the door she hands me a bag and says don't forget to bring this. so then sure enuff the dog shits (i can still remember feeling the warmth of the shit tru the bag and the stink. so then later on in the walk the dog decides to take a 2nd shit on a person's lawn. i'm without an empty bag so get the fuck out of there and luckly no one caught me.

That has happened to me too...but when you have a small dog, you think...how much can a little dog poop...yeah...two bags are always handy

But it is a bitch getting caught I tell ya!

Still i envy you have this thing when you expect ppl to clean after their dogs. I live in a block of flats and there are tones of dogs here which noone cleans after. Now that the snow has melted, everything is covered in dogshit. God i hate polish dog owners

in france no one clean after a dog did his shit......we got 2 dogs but they stay in our garden and it's my mom who clean sooo but i hate that streets are full of dogs's shit ...fortunately the streets get cleaned pretty often

In the city where I live there's some dog poopoo spots with some sand and there's regular maintenance so it's usually pretty clean. Unfortunately there's still idiots who let their dogs poop everwhere in town

( there were dog pooeing spots when I lived in La Rochelle and I'm sure other cities in France have some too )

And I forgot to add that there's some free distributors of doggie poo picking up bags in a lot of different places. I see them a lot in Germany too.
