yeah, glo sticks suck.
Individual dollar stores tend to sell them 2 for a $1 or sometimes 3 for $2 but any dollar store will have them for the cheapest price.
Glowsticks were annoying in 2001.
In 2006 they're a crime.
awwwwwwwwwwwwww yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa .... its glowstick time
{EDIT} errr NVM, somebody mentioned it..
the only problem with Dollar stores is selection!
Glow-stick:
noun (glstk)
(def)
Depending on the user, a peripheral device at raves that can either be amazingly hypnotic, or frighteningly annoying. (see Whistle)
It also makes a nice light snack (pun intended).
As long as they're used with skill and in recognition of the fact that there are other people around who don't appreciate getting face-bashed, they're fine in my book. And know when to take them out and when not to.
But I'm biased - I prefer L.E.D.s for durability, size, and less weight. Glowsticks always mess me up and I cannot contort the right movements at the right velocities with them.

thanks for all the replies..
i try to be careful with my glowstick use - i have not bashed anyone yet...
usually people keep asking to borrom them.... unless you're giving me a show - no way.
i had no idea dollar stores had them.
cool!
in 1998 a bunch of my friends went in together and bought a batch of 100 from an online retailer. they were like 30 cents a peice.
just don't go over board with them. if you have tons of open space and aren't bugging anyone fine, but if you hit me with them I will bend you over and insert them where they belong.
