So I take it that Neo is not retired....

Well, after the big thread saying Neo was no longer going to be a mod, I assumed that he had retired his position, and that his name would disappear from the top list.

However, I noticed that this has not happened. Neo has decided to stay!!

I knew he was gonna stay right from the beginning... but welcome back anyway.
