so yea being security at target rocks lol

hella chill job. its fun using the cameras and lots of chica's walk in. the only part that sucks is there are some regulations to what we can do and what we cant do that kinda sucks, but in a buisness point of view its all about liability. come by the cerritos target and say hi

I tackled a dude that was trying to snake a $2000 Bose system and broke his arm, he sued us but I didn't get in trouble.

at my work we have code word "Y-Dub" which is reverse for WY which stands for Would you, which is short for Would you hit it. LOL.

how many do u catch average a day?
how much worth of merchandise people try to steal average a day?

very curious about shoplifting. what is the fine that these 'thieves' get?

Anyone that gets busted at my store is arrested and prosecuted... no exceptions. There are way bigger things that have been stolen from us like a 45 ft trailer full of plasma TVs worth over $300,000. It was an inside job, it was perfect, our videos are useless.

There are a few savages that are theives for hire at my store. We used to get a cash reward equal to what they were stealing if we turned them in but they stopped that so I will just let them get robbed blind...... cheap asses

It's ok to turn someone in for money but not on morals or principle.
