There were a lot of anthems, but we didn't catch the order towards the end.

here is what i can remember:
4 strings-take me away into the night and into the night
Way out West-Mindcircus
Airwave-Above the sky 2002
VeraCache-Carte Blanche at the end before Communications II
and lots of tracks with vocals

there were so many good athems that i couldnt remember. What a great night to remember, I got his autograph with my name on the flyer, and meet couple of TA's.

I also remember him playing Veracocha - Carte Blanche towards the end... a bit after he played Exhale...

He also spun that song "Sending out an SOS... sending out an SOS..." towards the end as well.

He spun Perpetuous Dreamer - Sound of Goodbye (Armin's Rising Star Remix)... I asked him to play the Tribal Feel, but he wanted to spin the rising star remix.

omg........ for those of you that were there, u know!!!!! that was the most fun i have ever had..... when he played signum - second wave.. I DIED!!!!!!!!!!! and when he played songs with vocals, for those of us that knew them, we sung along!!!! armin is fucking awesome... all smiles.... the best nite of my life!

Ibiza Dreams... the track that Armin spun, that you mentioned is T-Factory's "Message in a Bottle(Hiver & Hammer Rmx)." That shit was hot when he dropped that. I believe that was his last full track of the evening. I wish I had know Armin was going to go on @Midnight, instead of 1am like previously posted on his website. Either way... Armin ripped it last night. Alot of quality tracks...

ps - track 18 is Agnelli & Nelson - Everyday 2002(Alex Gold Rmx) I was in the booth when he droppped it and went nuts.

You were really in the booth? So was I. I was wearing the long black sweater, but then took it off, wearing a black tank top cuz it got so freakin hot in there. I was dancing on one of the sides of the dj booth later on in the night.

It was the Agnelli & Nelson track.

actually, he play communication during his set, and as encore he played communication 2.
but anywhos, i had a great time chilling with all yall, and going crazy to the music. and yujie, u gotta send me that one song that i really wanted, i unno if you'll remember it now, but i hope u do.

What an amazing set. And to top it all off I got him to sign my white label of his remix of Rapture. Best club night ever. Armin has reinforced his position at the top of my favorite Producer/DJ list. The man is incredible.

It was me who show u where the TA's was. I was walking around early and i saw u wearing a TA Tshirt and i was suprise. At first i thought u was redeye_ but he look different from u.

yea, my girlfriend and I were in there. I had an orange 70's style shirt on and my leather jacket on still, because we went up there when we first arrived around 1am. It was cool, because they weren't letting alot of people in the booth. Armin didn't really seem like talking much, I asked him a few questions, and he answered them and went back to the tables. I didn't want to bother him anyways, I was there for the musik, not to become his best friend. Yet another great night again at GLOW.

Armin at Glow!

Well, here's my story. Myself, my girlfriend, and another couple travelled to DC to get two things accomplished: sightseeing and Armin @ Glow. First good thing: guy at the door knew we were from NY and that I had a digital camera, and he said he wouldn't let me in. I told him I'd take the batteries out and that I couldn't get back and forth to the hotel in time, so he let me take it in. This was followed up with a great comment from him "if i see a flash inside of the club, i'll come and find out. Anyways, the show was amazing, heard Awakenings, Dust Wave, Rapture (AVB mix), as well as many other great tunes, new, classic, and in betweeners. Didn't seem like too many people even knew who Armin was, but when I got there I saw bigjimslade002 with his TA shirt on, and I knew there were some friends prowling about. I was tempted to take a picture, but knew I would somehow get my ass thrown out, so I held out. Armin sprinted out to the mens room, but on the way back, I shook his hand. Anyway, to make a long story short, my girlfriend Lauren knew how much of an Armin fan I was, and we noticed the goregous girl that was in and out of the booth, so Lauren walked up to her, and asked if we could come up and take a picture. She let us up! I went inside, talked to her for a few seconds, and for Armin to lock and load for his next banger. He turned around, was cool as hell, and we talked to him, shook his hand, and I got a really damned nice picture with him. And, here it is for you all to see! Just gotta say, great show, Armin was really into it, tracks were excellent, and damn was the girl with him amazing.

Just wanted to give a shout out to bigjimslade002 and his crew! It was fun blasting music from an IROC on the streets of DC at 5am after Armin!

Just as I had expected, it was an INCREDIBLE show!!!

Armin tore it up just like he did on all of the live sets I have from him (Dance Dept., ID&T Radio, Godskitchen, Club Eau, Massive, etc.)

He built his 4 hour set into what seemed like a roller coaster of auditory euphoria. I'll say this much, the dance floor in front of the booth was packed but that didn't keep me from getting my groove on. You had to be there to understand how amazing it was.

As far as the meet, I arrived later than anticipated and didn't see anyone by the bar so I just hit the dance floor like I usually do. I peered out of the corner of my eye at what looked like it could be a TrancEaddict.com t-shirt... and sure enough it was. It was nice to meet (even if for just a brief moment) bigjimslade002 and Ibiza_Dreams. I saw Andres dancing on the stage for most of Armin's set, nice moves brother. Oh, and thanks again for getting Armin to sign that flyer for me. It seems that Insomnia's security was trying to get people to leave so they weren't letting people get autographs like they usually do... so I probably wouldn't have gotten it without you. I greatly appreciate that!

Well, I'm sorry that I missed everyone else, but I know that you all had a good time so it's cool.

I had a great time too...I was in the booth for a long while and Armin was amazing!!! I enjoyed the night so much!

what time was everyone at the dj booth? i was there the last 30 mins before the show was over. do anyone know if rank1 will be piet or both of them? if it is both of them i am definitely going to see a live performance

So I've been coming to these boards for about a year now, mostly for tracklistings and such, but never actually had the urge to register and join in on the discussion. Well seeing Armin on saturday definitely changed all that. Just a freakin' amazing time was had by just about everyone I've talked to. I definitely saw you bigjim in your TA shirt but really didn't have the nerve to say anything since I'd never posted here and whatnot. Anyways, if any of you saw the devastatingly good looking, 6'4 fella dancing right in front of the dj booth from about 12:30 until the end then that was me. I'm seriously considering catching Rank 1 later this month but actually more looking forward to Ferry Corsten next month. Either way can't wait to see spend another incredible evening with everyone next time around. Lates!

I enjoy Armin's musik, but I have to admit he's a nerd. He's not half as friendly as Tiesto. He needs to relax behind the turntables... party it up a little.
