i think actually italy is the best team in the world..maybe not the best man for man like say argentina, but the fact that they won shows that they did so as a team instead of a collection of very gifted players which i dont think that they are.

brazil had a nightmare of a tournament..compare to italy, they have a colletion of very gifted players but did not play as a team, so i dont see how you can place them as a better team than italy.

personally i would say:

1.italy
2.argentina
3.france
4.germany
5.mexico
