Now she's probably gonna get charged with manslaughter under intoxication/influence......if her stupid ass would have helped the man, he may have been able to survive, and she would not have only saved the guys life, but prevented herself from spending a SHIT load of time in jail.........

yea shes a sick F*CK...but with are justice system she will be back on the streets driving again ...... i say death penalty..she obviously showed extreme disregard for the man and was in some sort of a sane state since she went in the garage a couple times and apologized to the guy...so since she was aware of what she was doing while she was doing she deserves to get the death penalty.///

wow that has to be the most screwed up thing i have heard this week, possibly month even. she should get the chair. Gas chamber just wouldnt cut it in something of this magnitude.

heh. bear with me guys, i might sound a little off the wall. but do you think for a second that the woman wasn't freaking out in her room, head covered with a pillow. the poor, poor man is the main victim. but imagine you hit some guy on the street, had his head lodged into your windshield -which you had to watch for 10 minutes as you drove home in a shocked stupor, his blood maybe pooling on your shoes or on the floor mats. i think her brain broke, simply enough. and she didn't have the wits or capacity to turn herself in so she hid like a confused and scared person until she was found out. she doesn't deserve death, she needs a lot of therapy and (obviously) some jail time (if only to compensate for the tragic loss of life.)

i think the woman must've been seriously crazy to do sumthing like that...i doubt that she was really such an evil person...prolly just sum1 thats really, really fucked in the head

The guy died because she hit him, regardless, could be voted involuntary manslaughter.....The fact that she let him died could be tried for 50 different things......who knows.
