hey nazicism! (drama thread peeps!) – PART 3

it looked like she had a problem with narcism for some reason
actually - no - MissyM does not know naziscm at all, it was the other way around - for no valid reason.

I've met narcism and we spent the day together and she was very fun, happy, and we had a great day

For the record, no one is 'laying' into you - and if anyone is getting on their high horse it's only naziscm - she's started this drama - and now she's got it.

Coup, time for a new AUTA mod, don't you think. Someone who won't abuse their privileges.

The fact that someone is banned, or was "asked" to be banned over 'silly' pictures that are by no means offensive shows 'ineptitude' of character. The fact that someone is banned over 'personal' vendettas shows weakness of character.

When learning Trigonometry, some of us couldn't distinguish between the 'acute' and the OBTUSE. Now, it should be clearer than ever..

I dare say throwing tantrums won't do much to sway Swamper or Coup. If you were actually rational and posted up evidence and constructed arguments they might take your stand a little more seriously. And do you really expect Coup to do anything when you abuse him too?

Also saying "I can't be fucked finding supporting evidence" isn't helping you at all, it basically says "its not that big enough deal for me to put any effort into". But you're getting pretty fired up about it, so obviously it is.

This is from a private message MiSSyM sent me just after she got banned... Coup you mention that you have met Narcism and that shes a cool chick... if shes a cool chick why was she on MiSSYm's back from day 1... and why would she totally snob someone off who tried to make an effort to be nice...

The point I'm making is quite simple - The ban was personal veiled with a weak lame animated pic excuse. Yet I understand that TA might have strict rules regarding offending its users....

What about offending the producers? This site aloud private access to users to share PIRATED MUSIC. Its my understanding that the only reason the forum was recently closed was that a user threatened to make some noise about it... Now this may seem irrelevant... with the issue at hand.... but if you are keeping MiSSY's ban as a means to uphold your rules / regulations and standards... then the admins of this site should have never aloud access to users to share pirated music in the first place....

Afterall you don't want to offend anyone right?

If you can't be a little partisan when you're protecting your sister when can you be! She shouldn't have to find supporting evidence. But it is here! If Coup was actually shown all posts from both parties rather than a selected few he/she would have had a more balanced reaction. Anyone who wasn't happy with MISSYM's posts has an ignore button. Personally, once I got used to her style I liked it.

I find it particulary annoying that these threads keep getting closed . What's wrong with a bit of healthy, or even unhealthy, debate.

Have to agree we have an abuse of power here, It's been obvious that there was some personal animosity here. Perhaps Narcism should have been a little more openminded and got to know Mandi when she had the chance.

Definitely not accusing you of defending Narcism. If anything I think you are a little too balanced and analytical.

It's not the way I personally would have handled it, but, it's not my sister who has been banned unfairly. Definiely would make it harder for rational thought and being sensible.

The action should never have been taken against Mandi . Ergo Anita should not have to find evidence. It's up to a moderator to present a fair and balanced approach. It's very obvious that this hasn't happened here. I think it should be up to Narcism to justify why one person has been banned while others whose posts could be thought to be equally offensive have not.

The mod should be balanced and provide evidence of their decisions should they come into question. atleast half the forum is saying that hasnt happened here. now you must understand that i moderate this whole website. my name isnt at the top of every forum coz that'd send my already 30+ PM's a month thro the roof, and swamper wont increase my inbox size

the buck stops with me with the forums. you cannot expect me to trual thro the entire forums history looking for threads - you lot already know where the evidence is. as i havent used this forum, if people want something looking into, theyre going to have to find it for me. people should know unlike alot of other mods we've had on this site, i dont just pretend to do something, i actually do it. so far people have said "why did she do this or why did she do that" - but thats all down to that persons interpretation of the situation. nobody has given me links to any real threads with any real content in. without them, i have nothing to look into.

seeing some of the pictures/animated gifs MissyM has posted is really annoying tho, not to mention the chance of getting into shit at work should one come on the screen.
