Shi/Yon is the proper number 4.

As for me?

I'd say:

Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, German and Russian.

But I'd really like to know more. As many languages as possible. I love languages.

:: Not in order of preference ::

1. German
2. Japanese
3. French
4. Spanish
5. Mandarin (Chinese)

I'm a bit rusty in German, Spanish and French and still need to rely on a tranlsator sometimes, but when I start university and get motivated, I'll try and learn a couple of them again. This time properly.

I don't know any well enough to translate articles, just the odd and phrase.

I'll be impressed to know Lira's answer to this question.

漢字はとても難しいだな。

Microsoft Word isn't probably the best way to get the text onto the net.

You mean Australia? It's english.

As for me, discluding croatian and english, I'd like to know, in no order particularly:

- german
- japanese
- russian
- any scandinavian
- dutch or spanish or french, can't decide

ACTUALLY, I'd call it Australian. It's the same approach I take when trying to explain my first language; It's American, not English. You speak English in England. Australians have taken the base English language and altered it to their own liking hence the "unofficial" language title.

Posted by pvdAngel on Aug-28-2006 19:02:

In Scotland, we have to refer it to English. When we speak Scottish, it relates to regional dialects, slang, Doric, Gaelic etc...
