Slutty Roommate

Okay I have the shittiest story to tell ever, by the way this is Sam not Cam, lol.

Anyways, I just moved in to my rez on Saturday, and I haven't been there all weekend, since I was partying it up with the cool people! Woot!
So I get here today, everything is cool until approximately an hour ago, when I happened to walk in on my roommate with a boy, might I add there was another couple in the room also. So I'm like "WTF", and my roommate is loaded and yelling that "they weren't doing anything." So I then realize that my bed is really really messy, and I find this odd since I've yet to sleep in it. So then this "boy" she was clearly fooling around with starts to talk about how comfortable my bed is etc. So clearly I'm getting really really pissed, and I start saying things such as "What the fuck" and "don't ever touch my bed again". As this progressed, the "boy" looks at me and says "you're a loser", this clearly bothers me slightly cause he doesn't even know me. Anyways I just met this girl and I have to live with the dirty slut for the next 8 months, not quite sure what I should do. Any suggestions?

One this is for sure, I'm clearly gonna have sex in her bed sometime this year. Also I plan on making sure cum stains are clearly visible. lol.

Go to whoever is in charge of your residence and tell them exactly what happened. Perhaps you can get moved to another location, or have her moved. You don't want to be stuck with someone like that the entire year.

Im paying too much for my sweet place but at least i'll be comfortable and can do what i want, when i want.

exactly sam, go complain about it and get HER moved. your paying to much for this shit, and your there to get your school work shit done and get ready for your future. imagine trying to study for a test or something and shes there with some fuckin guys, or just all loaded with people, not giving a fuck about anything. shes going to fuck up your whole year if you dont do something about it. dont get back at her, cause then she will have something on you also. just go complain about it to the proper people and get it dealt with. they will probably say to wait it out and see if something happens again, before they will do something, thats my guess.

that's what usually takes place, and sadly noone does anything most of the time, I know since I lived there for 3 years - in res ppl DON'T GIVE A FLYING FUCK how much you paid or if you wanna sleep at 4am and they wanna smoke a joint and make too much noise outside your door

but I think the double room situations like this one should be resolved fine

This is kinda typical of res situation. Young 18 yr old move out from parent's place for first time. Think they finally have freedom to do whatever they want because they are 'living on their own' but in reality sharing a res is more restricting than living with parents.

I suggest having a stern talk with this roomie, laying down the ground rules ie, she never comes into your part of the room or touch your stuff without your permission.
Ensure you inform your don about the situation and what your solution was. Make sure you tell your don that you might have to get him/her to do something about it if situation gets worse.

If reasonable approaches fail, then revenge is dish best served cold.
Ie your roomie makes too much kinky noises, then blast Dave the Drummer or Preach EXTRA LOUD. Better if you have some Tiesto gabber sets.
If she uses your stuff, then feel free to use her stuff, but make sure you bring it back.

Break her mentally.
