"Exotic" beers
Got any exotic beers you recommend? Imports and gotta be hard to find or a little different (ie, not Heineken, Guiness, Carlsberg etc)
Mine:
Salitos - Germany - tequila based beer
Cobra - India
Lindeman's Framboise Raspberry Lambic

STRAWBERRY BEER!
FUCKIN GORGEOUS

Two Dogs lemon brew

recently tried and enjoyed:
Old Crustacean Barley Wine by Rogue Breweries:
from someone else "Caramic 75 cl. black bottle. Very deep malty aroma. Deep red-brown colour with light brown head. No visible carbonation and head dissapears a little to quick. Full nutty malty taste with LOTS of hops. I think is is too citruslike in it hops flavour, but all in all a very nice beer. Just too extreme."
its good if you arent a pansy basically.
Dorada. It is teh nectar. It is teh meaning of life

The only problem is you have to go to Tenerife to taste it as they don't export it

Kwak - shit is delicious, plus it's like drinking a crazy wooden science experiment

pretty sure you can only get it in belgium though

Desperados is a bit sweet.... Drink it ice cold mixed with 1/4 lemon juice and 1/4 white wine, and it becomes fantastic !
Apart from that, I recommend Tennent's super

I tried this over the summer and it is quite nice. It tastes like a mix of beer and champagne. That makes it more of a "specialty" beer than a possible regular beer, if you know what I mean. It was definitely tasty though.
Aside from the beer, the story behind the recipe is very interesting. Apparently Dogfish Head bought the rites to the recipe, which was found in the 1950's in an archaelogical dig in Turkey that dates back a few thousand years. That might also give a hint at the taste before you try it... pretty sweet since it includes honey and such.
