Do you hate the Guv?

I find it very bizarre, but it seems like a lot of TAs don't like the Guv( e.g. boycotting it). List all your reasons why.... I'm very curious.....

its more of a love/hate relationship..

there are months where i love it and go all the time.. and then there are months where i dont wanna be anywhere near and would much rather go to other afterhours venues..

i am currently on the hate guv stage right now... my last love guv stage was in June

I hate the crowdedness.

And it's sound system which leaves my ears hurting if I don't bring earplugs.

But if they bring in good DJs that I wanna see... oh well. Back to Guv I go

For me it depends on the night, it's a skitso joint in terms of atmosphere, you never know what to expect. In terms of music, they can put more effort into booking new artists, I'll end it at that.

couldn't have said it better Ben ...taking LOOONG breaks has definitely helped me not hate the Guv yet...but really you either like it or u don't...you really gotta know how to deal with the Guv and if u can't then don't go!

There's things I like about it, and things I don't. But the cons definatly don't outway the pros. I still love that place.

Ah my luv for Guv has completely vanished... the crowd, the atmosphere, the overly digusting heat, the sketchpads, the same headlining DJ's... yeah I hate the Guv.

I pretty much only go when the entire complex is open and even then its just as bad.. but atleast you can hop around from room to room... but I would primarily say I tend to jones after awhile and need to get my dance fix... so I go usually to Decadence and Labour Of Love and dance my party pants off.. and then im done.. twice a year, or every 6 months suits me fine.

the best room at the LOL 06 was the tent....tommie killed it and plenty of room to dance
