If you can remember how many you had, you didn't have enough.

Beer in summer, don't drink much in winter but I'll kill a couple of scotch, bourbon or irish whiskeys if they're around, usually neat and ice.
Beer, I'm trouble past 4, walking nightmare with 5 or more in me. Spirits just make me a bit mean... (well by a bit, really downright nasty)
Least paid for it? Free!
2nd least, duty free in Hong Kong, bottle of top quality hooch there which would cost $120AU I've picked up for like $30US or so.

not true, got absolutely hammered one night on the admin assistant's bill

I was talking with her a few weeks later and she said she spent some stupid amount of money that night, plus I bought severa drinks for myself

My poison - usually beer but occasionally drink vodka red bull, but thats rare, usually only beer.

that's 4 pints?
in india atleat, we have pints that are 330 ml bottles, and then the regular 650 ml bottles.

usual beer here is between 300 and 380 mL, those big ones are longnecks which you don't see so often anymore. You see them more in the country than cities, and never in pubs or clubs. Some pubs sell imperial pints which are 550mL

Posted by Dj O'Callaghan on Mar-02-2007 12:01:

Beer and sometimes Magners Cider in the Summer.

I've had 21 pints when I was on an all dayer I was literally throwing beer back up

My average drinking session is 8 - 12 pints depending on how tired I am and what I'm doing.

Missed the prices least I've been abroad and brought a beer for just under a quid (1) most expensive was a bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal which I blagged for 145 off the dodgy Asian who owned the shops near my house.

thats in australia right?
because here, pints are usually preferred only at places where you 're say moving around, a club, or at someone s house

but
when people go out, to bars etc, most people have bottles (650 ml)

i had 8 of them once and didnt remember driving home alomst 40 kms away.
was absolutely spooked the next morning.

and just to explain the most/least price,
i was trying to ask what is the most and least you ve paid for, say that 650 ml bottle of beer,
i ve paid about 70 Indian rupees at a rundown bar called felicity, while i ve paid 150 bucks at a sizzler joint.

Yep, just the normal 375ml serving of beer, I'm quite cheap to get drunk its just the emotional trauma of anyone near me that tends to be priceless.

Posted by Lebezniatnikov on Mar-02-2007 14:03:

liquor > wine > beer

I had twenty drinks in three hours not too far back. Only reason I know is the tally on the back of my hand and a few witnesses. My tolerance is getting absurd. I play power-hours with wine just to keep up.

Oh, and if the bottle of wine is over $3.50, you've paid too much.

Bout half were shots, the rest were 16 oz. IPA's (that's a pint I think, but I don't know my Soviet-style metric system ).

And for a bottle of wine, like 750 ml for $3.00 is what I look for. Sometimes end up paying a smidge more than that if there aren't any sales or anything.

1000ml with 9,5 for 0,75...
That's pretty cheap for drinking.

Posted by smakmagik on Mar-02-2007 14:45:

....

cheap!!
but what is it ? eg. vodka based?

Posted by Salegon on Mar-02-2007 14:51:

It's a blend of different white-wines but the flavor is still fine. I'm living in Germany and this stuff is sold by a certain discounter called "ALDI" so I don't know if it is available in other countries, too. If you wanna get drunk the cheapest possible way imho, you have to buy some of this stuff.
