Newbie Question about sigs

Hello All,

I am relatavly new to the forums on TA and some of you guys have totally wicked signatures, Spad's and Wicked Neo's to name a couple.

I was wondering if somemone could tell me the best program to use to make my own personalised sigmature?

Any help on this would be very much appreciated

sorry if I have posted this in the wront forum but remeber I am a 'Newbie'

i use paint shop pro...i think photo shop is pretty good too...if ur poo at sigs then if u ask nicely enuff/ beg someone will make one for ya...a few sigs on here have been made by one person...Goldenarmz is pretty good...but he mite be busy...but u mite wanna try it urself first..

If you wanna get your hands on a copy of photoshop, get kazza as thats where i got mine from.

the one thing you need when making a sig is loads of time, its taken me 3 days of editing and i still aint happy with mine yet!

Thanks for replying, I think my friend has photo shop so Im gonna try and get a hold of him and ask him for a loan of it and try it myself 1st,

So is it really hard to do then?, would I better off asking someone nicely to make me one?

dont get photo shop yet...i think its the complicated one...get paint shop pro 7 just so that u get used to using paint progs and play about with the stuff on it, thats what i do

spad made me spinny lions

would you tell me waht the filesize if for Paint shop Pro 7 is?, I think I'll try to get it from Kazza if it is easier.

btw do you think Spad would make me a spinning lion to use for part of my sig? - dont know Spad either!

Ahh that brings back some memories, i cant remember how many people i saw fall down them, but it was a lot, i took the disabled root, but that was bloody slippy as well

yeh i have a legal version of photo shop and it does my nut in! i cant do jack shit with it i want to do! paint shop is the best, i jsut recently cracked my old version which got deleted coz the trial ran out, so soon, ill have a decent sig again heh

oh aye, and the only reason i ever fall down them stairs is coz to many feckin people sit on them!!!

paint shop pro 7 or photoshop6
i use psp7, its simpleness

just made this one in photoshop today, its not finished coz i dont have the old crasher lion psd (*cough*goldy ) or the psd for the new ukta logo (*cough*spad )

I could do with the psd for the new ukta one to!

Question - does the UKTA thing only open in Adobe Photoshop?

photo shop or paint shop both work, because paint shop is versed in opening paint shop images which is nice

im gonna be drawing up the gatecrasher font in MS Word soon so people can use it i already made the dumonde font but im not sure where it is on my hard drive :S

Well click on the link, it will ask you to save it, save it and open with an adobe product

the UKTA link was fine, i saved that to C drive no probs,

when I click on the link for the lion it starts to load the page in then kicks me onto the BT openworld homepage?

anyone else getting this.

it happens to me as well :S fly sort the link!

and on another note, G K Murray i have made you a sig, tell me ypur adress and i will email you it for your aprroval, and if you like it im sure fly will host it
