If it's the same as the NYTimes article by the same name, that family used to picket colleges before the war in Iraq. Stirred up quite a controvery on my campus that apparently still leaves a bad taste in our faculty's mouth.

Yeah they showed up at Dead Soldiers Funerals & cause chaos and also they even protest that 9/11 was an act of God, also they called princess diana a Fag lover. Why hasn't anybody grenaded this family.

How come no one's tried to run over them yet? Not that I'd condone that but, I mean, they're all gathered in those pickets, just find one irate person and it might happen

Even though they're completely nutty, it's kind of comforting that they've been allowed free speech. I'm sure if they were left-wing the government would've thrown them in jail by now, but that's another topic entirely.

If these were living down my street I'd fire bomb them. Protesting outside soldiers funerals is proper out of order If I was one my relatives or friends in that coffin, I'd go across the street batter the living s*ite out those protesters I'm sure most people would.
