Although I love my Davey-boy. i had to tell him I can't go see the boys. It said it many times before....Club Seven is way too small for me. It gets way too packed, and they oversell tickets.
I've boycotted the place for big events, and G&D is one of them.

I don't care what they call the club...aren't they "2505" now?

I am, however, going to see ma boys, Greenskeepers on April 28th, which happen to be 2505....but that's besides the point. Since they called me a fuckin'-supa fan...it's required I go see them wherever they play *S*

G&D need to come back to the lounge were there is more room to jump around.

Might as well go see Lasgo, or the Klubjumpers.

Part of the fun is being crammed with a bunch of clubbers dancing to the music!!!

That's just the thing, there is no room to dance. Everyone was stuck shoulder to shoulder in one spot, no movement whatsoever.

yeah, seven is 2025 now...

Dammit, he convinced me. I'm definately going. So much for boycotting Seven. That sure didn't last long. I'm not going to enjoy it, though.....Dammit, I may enjoy it since he took my requests. I'm such a pushover.

They are remodeling 2505 and opening it up a little more. So you might change your mind about it. Personally, I feel the same way you do about having larger headliners at a place that small. But they are trying to do a better job. One thing I wish they would do is invest in a better built in sound system instead of bringing in those big ass speakers that take up half the dance floor. That would make a big difference, for one.

All I was saying is if I as a disco diva like dave, I would want a bigger dance floor so I could fly. I ain't frontin' yo. I know where the juice be.

rest assured the dance floor is gonna have alot of room. The dj booth is being moved and the one that was there before is being demolished. so there will be plenty of room on the dance floor. Also the speakers will be built in so they wont be taking up room. you guys are gonna be in for a treat the place will be set up proper for the full access saturdays.

And the wall behind the old booth. Don't know why they didn't so this a long time ago. I do miss the old VIP booths though. Wish they would bring those back. Many crazy nights in the original Seven.

ya the wall is gonna be gone as well. its gonna look really good. some new vip booths. come see it for the grand opening with gabriel and dresden.

so is it worth purchasing VIP?

vip will be worth it you'll have better sightlines of the dj and more room since the tickets are limited in quantity.

saw them in Houston a few months back and they were mediocre at best.

Maybe it was only that night but I know they are not as good as a few years back when I saw them multiple times in Austin and Houston.
