Go late. If we make it, which is unsure after last night's fiasco, we'll most likely arrive between 2 and 3 and stay until close at 8.

I sometimes set my alarm for 10pm if I know I am going out aomewhere
When I got there at 2, he was killing it. Then, it got boring from like 3 till 5. Felt like every song was very repetitive and lasted 20 minutes.

) and after saying hello he asked how I was liking the music so far in the night and I told him that, "I was already in the club 5 hours and the music isn't that exciting for me so far", to which he responds after looking at my eyes, "may be you missing few more pills or may be they aren't that good but Calderone is killing it tonight!!!".
judging from the past reviews ive read of danny's gigs i feel like he was good last night but not as good as he has been. nevertheless it was my first time seeing him and i was still pretty impressed by his set. got there early around 1130 and things were mellow as expected..picked up right around 130 after he dropped the salt city remix of post modern sleaze..really energetic stuff, good progression and flow overall, crowd loved some of the bombs he dropped later in the night from 5 - 6 ish..sorta wanted to hear him mix things up a bit with the breaks, techno and funky disco type tracks i hear he's been known to play but i left around 630 so i coulda missed it. all in all i had a great time, good music, good vibe, good seein jay out, didnt run into anyone else. will def be checkin him out when he comes around again
i ended up getting there at around 3:30ish after hitting up sullivan room and howells was pretty much ripping it. his set was technically pretty good. there were some so so parts but for the most part i enjoyed it. we managed to close it out till 7:45 lol and he encored with a sickk disco track, any1 know wtf that was? shit was funkyy as hell. and with that whole pacha security thread, my friend got kicked out twice for smoking a cig he managed to jump over the fence both times to get back in without paying a cover haha..what a clown. also the asians were in full force last night, man like 80% of the club was invaded by asians. vibe was pretty awful too, but thats what u can expect from the big mega clubs these days.
some trainspots:
nathan fake - outhouse (valentino kanzyani remix)
scuba (tom middleton remix) -> track of the effin night..this track went offffffff..its on his essential mix.
dubfire - roadkill
pryda - armed
sebastien leger - cosmonite
some sickkk bodzin track..can't rem the name.
ok now srsly where the hell was all the danny fans?!?!?!yall missed out on another great nite of howells he is the only dj that i have no problem shelling out $30-40 to see i mean 10 hr set all by him self come on now and he relates to the crowd well (i think he loved the horn tho) there were a few songs that you didn t know where he was goin with it but damn it the bombs he was throwing made up for that an then some there was that one track danny played that i sweart was the track of the nite chris knows what im talking boutit was filty tech so filty an dirty that you needed a shower after hearing it i mean i felt that durrrty good nite it was indeed good seeing the few tas out an maaaan the fobs were in FULL affect me an walid saw a few girls running for their lives as the fobs were manhandling them but im sorry them but shit it was funny as hell i couldn t stop laughing my ass off till the best thing outta hastings comes around these parts again, ciao

Im still recovering from that Danny Howells set. He still has it left in him imo. Lots of good, new tracks (unlike AVB where everything he plays is shit u have heard on his ASOT and its a fuckin repeat set) with a high energy level pace. The liquid nitrogen blaster was sick with it having controls so u can make it go with the music.(hard to explain but u just had to hear it go with the track). Disgusting FOBS all over ugghhh. The worse is when they violently flail and hit u and hurt u in the process. Then u smack them, they wake up from their trance, and continue to do the same shit again. Seriously, WTF
Anyways, his set was good, despite it having some ok moments. But some hrs in there were just non-stop dancing beats. It was def. worth coming out, especially since I havent seen him in 2 yrs.
