2nd job
i just got one today and start on monday.
anyone else work 2 jobs?
I did that once. Not fun. Prepare yourself by organizing a strict sleep schedule or lose your mind. Oh and best of luck at the new job.

haha its not a physically demanding job. its another office job.
so i sit on my ass during the day on ta all day and then go to this other office job and do lots of paperwork. easy as shit. plus its with a friend who also likes EDM so we can play good music. and its after hours. and i go to sleep at midnight anyways and wake up at 615. thats my normal sleep schedule.

Good for you
Keep gettin that dough! I have only one job, and it's part time for now, yet still probably harder than your fucking sit-on-your-ass do nothing!

I have 3.
One serious money making one ( accountant for home depot) and 2 other ones that are more passions than jobs. I teach dance and I coach a soccer team.
It's tough. I guess it's more tough if you;re working 2 jobs while in school or 2 serious jobs to pay your bills. Regardless working more than 1 40 hour/week job is tough. Your sleep schedule and your anything else schedule has to be strict.

Ya a year is perfect. I gave Toronto a year and...I'm still here. Don't be whiny about it though, don't be moody or depressed purposely because you don't like it. Try and make all the best out of being there. I'm sure you'll be able to pull of a year, we all know how fast a year can go by.
Want a hint? Plan something big every few months whether it'd be for you alone, you and your boyfriend or a huge event. That way you'll always have something to look forward to and time will zip by.
If by 2 jobs you mean, having a 5 day a week job and then working 4 hours on Sunday at the other job, then yes.
i tried it last year...waitressing and retail. i wanted to shoot myself.
i got fired from one after 2 weeks.
this year, i could say i'm pretty much working 2 jobs...school full time and working 25-30 hours a week. been doing it all school year so far...it's been so hard. i don't think i've had a day off without school or work in a few months.
if you can work 2 jobs, kudos to you...it's gonna teach you what genuine hard work is like...and hopefully you won't have to do it for a lengthy amount of time.
