GateCrasher Summer Sound System - Who's Going???

I remembered someone on TA posting that they will be heading to the Gatecrasher festival on June 22, but not sure who it was...

Originally I was just planning on going to Homelands on June 1, but I just realized that if I extend my trip by a week I can make Gatecrasher as well...

So who's heading over for this?

nice, are you staying in London, for how long? Looking at the line-up for GCSS is making me nuts... PVD, Cox, AVB, Danny T, Picotto, etc. and the BEST part - Sasha & digweed doing a B2B set! ... and sasha is doing a 2nd set as well on his own....

Leeds is a nice place, you should try and make it down to London for a weekend if you haven't been before...

Yup, Central London. For about 2 weeks.
So Nottingham is about 5 hours train from there right? Thats where GCSS is gonna take place right?

Actually GCSS is going to be in Northhamptonshire, which is only about an hour from London... you can get there by train, or you can take a luxury coach bus from london directly to the party which is being organized by gatecrasher... not sure how much $$ for that, but im guessing it will be pricey...

Well, I know I'll have to plan a trip to Israel this summer, but I would love to include a detour to the UK for Godskitchen, & maybe hop over to Holland for Dance Valley a week later (same weekend as WEMF). Dance Valley is already sold out, but I went to Innercity not knowing it was sold out & got tix from scalpers, so I would take the risk again.

Of course, I should take this detour before heading to Israel, since I may not make it out of there, the way things are going now.....

Oh my gosh ... crazy! The line up is out of this world! Sounds like its gonna be a wicked party - wish I could be there *sniff sniff*

Great to see lots of people coming over for SSS, it's going to be a right mad one I missed last years, went to Homelands instead.

With regards to the Godskitchen Global Gathering, the lineup is very good (and it has the added bonus of no UK Garage tent...) but for all round atmosphere and nuttiness of the crowd you can't beat a Gatecrasher event.

The Gatecrasher coaches aren'tvery expensive at all, infact a lot of the time it's cheaper than normal public transport. They're a lot of fun too, they play Trance really on the coach and you're allowed to smoke and drink etc...

Look forward to seeing you all there, make sure you pop into the UK forum before the event so we can all arrange a meetup

Thx for the info... do you know how much the coaches usually run? they don't list any prices on the website... and do they book up fast?

It depends where you travel from, from London probably between 10-20. Try sending Dumonde_Trancer or Gibbo a PM, they've taken them before to the club. I'm assuming it will be the same for the festival.

also try http://www.candywax.com/travel.htm
