Authorities then "tracked Ms. Lohan to the local hospital, where she was ultimately placed under arrest," said police in a press conference last night. After conducting a blood test, Lohan was released to continue treatment at the hospital for "something to her upper chest area." Police are waiting for blood test results to determine the substances Lohan had in her system, and they have not ruled out laying down more charges. The 20-year-old actress is just one month shy of being old enough to legally drink alcohol in the United States. Following the incident, Svedka vodka has pulled out of sponsoring Lohan's 21st birthday bash, which was to be held in Las Vegas in July.

i know for a fact something will come up and all she will have to do is go to rehab or something.

The wording in the article makes it seem as though it had moved from its hiding place into the open during the crash.
