Unique Tracks

Having only recently begun to spend more time on researching electronica , I've come to the alarming realization that most of it sounds the same or close enough to make the large majority redundant (before anyone posts something belligerent, thats just my opinion).

There are, however, a few select tracks that seem to be creative and unique. I'll list a few of them to see if anyone can recommend something comparative or if you have a few tracks you consider to be so incredible they rise above the norm for their genre.

Dance4Life - Tiesto feat. Maxi Jazz
Samurai - Creamteam
The Future - Joop
Dreamer - Peaktwins
Any Given Day - Flyod
Frozen Memories - Phil Green & Shokk
I'm Not Fooled - John 00 Flemming

Tracks were listed in order of [Title - Artist] if that wasn't apparent to everyone.

All comments are appreciated, even from trolls (provided you have something useful to say).

I wouldn't call this creative or unique. This is basically Tiesto making a poor copy of a Faithless single and combining it with Traffic to make it sound more "massive".

I know it was one of countless anthems Ferry made, but I do agree with you to an extent here, because I always found OOTB to have a slightly 80s pop flavour to it, which is still pretty unique in epic trance.

lol, it's a classic and all, but really it's pretty standard early 90's hard trance. Have you heard anything else from that era?

Granted, people who excel at their respective field to the point of overshadowing pretty much everyone else do typically receive vast amounts of baseless criticism from unhappy cynical types too scared to achieve anything remotely comparable themselves.

Exalted - Cavity

Could be compare with Samurai, except it's much more unique tech.

As i said in another thread about similar subject: Balil - Rosery Pilots and Balil - Parasight have a very unique atmosphere, acid trance meets early idm.
Also The The Essence Of Nature - Blue Lotus and Spicelab - Amorph are quite different from the rest of the music from that era. In fact, pretty much all Spicelab stuff is distinctive, so he's highly recommended if you want something special

Yes, but who uses that weird screaming sound?

Wait, are you like saying "YOUR JEALOUS LOL" while trying to sound sophisticated? Because that's what it looks like to me .

Funny how I don't throw "baseless criticism" at Faithless, isn't it? Especially as Faithless have sold over 11 million records- far more than Tiesto ever will- and had a string of influential and classic records. Also funny how I don't go around throwing "baseless criticism" at all those other big acts I've frequently praised on TA, isn't it?

Of course, it isn't funny, because you don't have the slightest fucking clue who I am and what I say about different artists- you've just made a blind assumption because I've attacked a track you like and simultaneously shown up your knowledge, and so you have to lash out with an idiotic and false accusation.

So please shut the fuck up. I made an entirely valid point, one that has been pointed out by countless people. If you listen to Traffic, and then a Faithless track like "What About Love", you'll see what I mean.
