What are the Leaf's chances this year?
I'm suprised no one has posted anything about the Leafs yet.
I know there's some Leafs' fans out there! What do you think?? I say their chances are really good this year if Cujo plays well. The madness starts this thursday...I'm liking Toronto in five.

Leafs were good last year till they lost to Ney Jersey Devils
Just watched some interviews, leafs are a bit doubtfull about winning islanders

The Isles did good against us during the season and that's when we were healthy. I'm a bit worried but I'll take the buds in 6.

They will improve as the playoffs wear on.
hmm I don't know I lost faith in the Leafs about 2 years ago, I don't love them as much as I used too, they have a good chance, but I doubt they will get anywhere close to winnig the cup!
I'm liking the Leafs in four. Even though Cujo will probably not come back until the second round, Toronto can dominate the Islanders without him. Corey has been playing solid but let's hope he doesn't go down with an injury. That would send us to the golf courses early.
I have to say that my other pick to go all the way is Vancouver. The Bertuzzi, Naslund, and Morrison line is the best in the league and Vancouver has really pulled it together since the All-Star break.
Let's hope for a Toronto vs Vancouver final!! GO CANADA!
Yeah - hopefully the'll get by this series with NY.
the Raptors are also in the playoffs this year so it should be some exciting sports for the next while.
If only the Jays could get going - I saw them get asswhooped last night, the really need to get people on base before they hit homers.
leafs in 6 sounds good to me too... but then again with so many players out with injuries, eeek

OH YEAH!! Like I said! Leafs in 4!! And Vancouver is going to take the series in 6!
No one on the Islanders have proven themselves in the playoffs but Osgood and even he is shakey, letting in the soft goal here and there.
Both Toronto teams will get to the 2nd round I believe.
Especially the Raptors...screw the fact that Vince isn't playing cause the Raptors have proven that he isn't a major factor. With Vince gone, all of the sudden none of the other players are afraid to take shots...and look what they accomplish! They're only the 3rd team in NBA history to lose 13 straight and still get in the play-offs.

I thought the Islanders would play alot better and Yashin would be more of a factor but I guess not. Maybe it'll be another first round sweep for the Leafs!!!
What's the deal with Saturday's game being played at 3:00? It doesn't really feel like hockey night in Canada... :-(
I love the leafs and all but their style of hockey is soooooooooo boring to watch...
Seem to be watching the habs series more...(i really hate them but it seems to be more exciting)
Leafs i think will make the cup final, but watch out for the Av's and Peter the Great Forsberg, he has something to prove this year.

Those bastards beat us by 1 lousy point and we end up in the 4th place? WTF? I hate the whole conference thing! Even look at Carolina the had like the same amount of points as the teams in the 6th -7th spot in the Eastern Conference and they ended up being like 3rd or something like that! WTF!

Raptors beat a lot of struggling teams under .500 by real close margins so i dont expect them to go too far against .500 + teams.
BUT Vince is going on a rampage next year!

Well, so far the Leafs seem to be doing pretty good .. I say they do it in five.
I don't know about you guys but I find that watching hockey tends to be a bit stressful for me ... I'm always on the edge of my seat near the end and I'm all tense and worried that the Leafs will fuck up at the end or something ... maybe its just me?!

they fucked up the whole game for the leafs! I am so pissed I want to punch out that ref #17!!! WHAT A FUCKING LOOSER!
That guy called everything on the Leafs tonight and Islanders got away with everything! And he called the stupiedest fucking things on the Leafs too! WTF! Aren't they supose to be there to ref the game fairly, I am so pissed! That fucking ref ruined the whole fucking game!
