Is this a Paul Snowden creation? I don't read German. What's the mood in Berlin, with all this tongue-in-cheek rave nostalgia?

berlin is a special place these days, the past decade there it has been kinda like san francisco was in the 60s. this clearly reflected on the techno scene

the shirt's part of a bigger "campaign" from wasted german youth (from paul snowden), represents the mentality of the times for a huge subculture of people in the scene
