wasp stings suck assballs

i got attacked by a wasp a few hours ago and it stung my foot about 5 times and it STILL all swollen and red and hurts.. i put hydrocortizone (sp?) on it to try and take away the sting but it didn't do anything.. any advice?

for real? i have some of that..

Posted by wienerschnitzel on Aug-12-2007 03:37:

hey you're right.. it probably works because they put some kind of chemical in the shampoo to numb the babies eyes so they have "no tears"..

+1 on the killing shit. it's funny (well maybe not to you), but today as i was mowing my yard, i bumped the mower into the air conditioner unit; and like 10 wasps flew out. ******s built a nest IN MY AIR CONDITIONER!!!

so i ran inside like a freaked out little school girl. then went to home depot and bought a big ass can of wasp killer.

did it tonight - and saw like 10 or 15 dead ones in about 15 minutes later. it's good shit.

as for the bite, nothing you can really do - just put some cortizone or neo sporin on it and wait for the swelling to stop.

i had a bumble bee sting abouta month ago - and it was such a weird feeling because half the time it hurt; but the other half of the time it was itchy. and it was numb all at the same time. fucking weird.

it was posted because it said "no more tears" on it.

i.e., quit your baby whining

Posted by Sunsnail on Aug-12-2007 05:21:

I thought it was just a joke on the "no more tears" phrase.

acid or alkaline. i don't recall which, one does bee stings the other does wasp. vinegar or baking soda iirc.

I'm mildly allergic. They swell me up pretty bad, but not enough to need an epi pen or anything of the sort. However, if I took multiple stings and didn't have access to any Benadryl or some such, I could be in trouble. Wasps are so aggressive. Always hatin on da white man.

Based on the experieinces my friends have shared in this thread, the next wasp I see gets a fucking ninja kick.

i've traid that, not very effective

ninja bitchslaps work better.

i did watch my teacher ROUNDHOUSE A MOSQUITO TO DEATH. it was so awesome. the bitch took two shots to go down. master finished him with an axe kick-stomp.

Posted by tubularbills on Aug-12-2007 19:36:

so i sprayed my air conditioner unit w/ wasp killer last night. i think it did the job pretty well. except there are some still floating around. one came into my house when i opened up the backdoor; and i fuckin killed it w/ my sandal.

nothing quite like an adrenoline rush than killing something that could potentially harm you. fucking bastard, i'm glad he's dead.

hows the sting?

you're lucky you didn't get stung multiple times, as most wasps usually do that

Posted by cmay119 on Aug-12-2007 20:46:

I got a wasp attack about a year ago at my house by about 7-8 of 'em.

After the first couple stings/bites you get such an adrenaline rush that you don't feel it anymore. Still plenty pissed off from getting attacked by these ******s, I went ape shit and snatched each one right off my body or out of the air and proceeded to crush them in my hand or stomp them to death.

About an hour later I had some swelling but nothing too bad, the next day the swelling was gone.

I've been stung before it hurt a little afterwards but didn't swell up at all. Go figure =/ Anyway I hate insects if I seem them I want to smoosh them instantly. Smoke really calms flying bugs like bees and wasps you can make them not sting if there's a lot of smoke.

Home remedy to stop the pain:

Get a little bit of tobacco, and wet it with your lips. Put the tobacco on the sting.
