I want to talk about Poutine.
I've still got half an hour to kill prior to class, and frankly - I'm in love with all that is Poutine.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poutine
I had it for the first time last weekend and fell in love.
The idea of gravy, cheese, and french fries combined genuinely excites me almost as much as sex.
Anyone have any thoughts or good Poutine tales to tell? I could go for some good Poutine folklore.
I had Poutine when I went to Winnepeg...I also got drunk for the first time (I was 17). Then I got into a fight with my friends ex-boyfriend and then fucked her several times. All in all it was a pretty sweet trip.

Yeah, I wrote 2 papers this afternoon and then wound up stuck with pretty much nothing to do for an hour. Not enough time to really leave campus, but more time than I really wanted to spend here.
In any event, highly recommend trying it - delicious treat.
Also, try new "Pooh Tang" - the sweet breakfast treat for small, yellow bears.
Never had it. Would like to. I don't know where to look in NYC.
I installed Logic 8 on my Mac before coming to work today. That thing is like 7 gigs
If only I had some poutine to pass the time
Looks/seems disgusting sorry.
How does one pronounce it?
Is it pew-teen ? poo-tine ? or poo-teen ?
I have never had Poutine
It looks and sounds pretty nice though.

*google search*
off to my class i go. congratulations on getting me hungry. i wont be able to eat till 8:30 :/
the ones at kfc and new york fried are good.
Poutine is easily the greatest contribution Quebec has ever made to the world at large.
Pro Tip... try adding choped, raw, white onion to your poutine for a new and exciting flavour enhancement.
poo tin
is how you pronounce it properly.
It is so damn bad for you, but I love it. You can get it at New York Fries... or at least the NYF here sells them.
I always pronounced it poo-teen and that's how I was taught when I first moved here. But since you live in Ontario, and Ontario for some reason is more Canadian than the rest of Canada (I've never heard anyone from another part of Canada say 'aboat'), you may be right.
Poutine is okay I guess, though I still would rather have mashed potatoes with cheese and gravy on top.
