this may be stupid
can you move the upper part of your jaw with out moving the bottom?
aka move the skull and the upper jaw and the lower one stays in place? i cant seem to do it, i can only move my lower jaw.

well, it all depends on what perspective you look at it from. If youre upside down then your lower jaw then becomes the "upper jaw". A close analysis of the joins also suggest that it is impossible from scientific standpoint due to the way your jaw is fastened to your skull and its angular rate of change.
