Well, i've been to SL only once(last year), and it was somewhere past chillowack.

I think it was a 2 hour ride. I belive the distance made alot of people to not attend the event. I seen alot of hitchikers on #1 with "Need ride to SummerLove ... will give Blow J" :-). Hopefully this years location will be a little bit closer.

Well, i already got my tix. They are 35$ each at most locations. Why pay more later if you can get them now for cheaper?

I m convinced GHouse (i hope i got the producer right), will come up with a kick ass line up. Last year, djs were awesome (my fav. Kimball Collins), and all of them showed up!

The only bad thing was, there was no tap water! BAD BAD BAD producers

I just remembered, they did allow people to bring their own water in, as long as the bottle was not oppened...

Hopefully its same thing this year!

Pilsy, welcome to the wonderful world outdoor partys. NO OUTDORR PARTY that i have ever been to has had running water. They are in the middle of no where. When we go we bring like 5 bug jugs of water, thats what most everyone does.

The location of summerlove last year is called popkum exit, thats the location of pretty much every outdoor party of the summer. its far away but east to sneak into, we snuck into every outdoor party we went to last year

at outdoor partys they never have the entire area fenced off, only the area around the gates. You just get a group of people together drive up, park about a Km away from the party, then treck through the farmer fields untill you enter the party. At popkum all you have to do is walk along the train tracks untill your near the party then you have to walk through some dense bush for about 2 mins and your in.

There is no way i can describe the way we take in as its always pitch black and its taken LOTS of trial and error to get our route down pat.

Summerlove was the hardest getting in, we got chased by security with dogs but all 8 of us made it in

Its an adventure every time

they've got to let ppl in with water (as in not 30 bottle air-tight closed boxes that takes 3 ppl to carry) or lower their water prices
i know they're trying to make money with that shit but they've got to think about kids who either come in with no money or spend it all on E and who are dehydrating.
and its a gd rip off, period

its also a pain in the ass to drive for 3 hrs to gawd knows where
i wish they could put those ourdoor parties up somewhere closer

Dude there really is nothing honest in the whole rave scene anyway. And is sneaking in really theft? S/K didn't steal a ticket. He was probably walking around in the bush all hammered and accidently stumbled into a party. What is he going to turn around and say 'Well guys, lets go to the front entrance, pay 100 bux and go party like those honest ticket buyers.' Yeah right.

I have snuck into myabe 6 outdoor partys in my life, i have payed for WELL over 150 partys.....i have given my support to the promoters in this scene and i continue to do so. Outdoor partys are only a small part of what goes on in this city. I dont feel bad....
