Your recordings are beautiful. I'm a big fan of the cello. What did you use to record it (mic, DAW, etc.)?

your version of Ligaya is amazing!

thats probably one of my favorite trance tracks of all time.

Yeah but is it too resonating for trance? Your thoughts are most appreciated!!

hard to tell, myspace quality is usually junk

your stuff is very expressive tho, loving it, love the cello so much

you had me at model. I'm a former model too in my former life. Anyways i was ready to leave it at that but since you asked for "feedback" and i sort of know alot about that type of thing: I thought your playing was a little rigid, your pitch was a little off and your timing a little sloppy. But having said that , the fact that you can probably spell out a augmented french chord will probably impress everyone on here to know end. I think the only requirement you will need for trance producers is the ability to play in A minor and not want to vomit everytime someone says supersaw.

What city are you located in ?

Posted by camsr on Jan-25-2008 08:18:

good dynamics. you might want to put a compressor and reverb on your recordings to liven them up a bit.

Posted by RichieV on Jan-25-2008 08:24:

a compressor on a cello ? Maybe if she was playing cello in some lesbian rock band but ya , a cello doesn't need to be compressed. You even said the dynamics were good. I personally tought it could of used more expression but whatever. And you guys need to stop paying attention to shit that really doesn't matter. She isn't a producer , stop giving her production tips.

Do you have any high quality recordings of your work?

preferably WAV files.

And how are you recording your cello?

former model, does that mean youre ugly now?

j/k

if i still made trance, i wouldve loved to get you to lay down some tracks for me, but there isnt much use for well, anything other that blips and blops, in minimal lol..

ill keep this in mind tho

Because she's trying to use things other than her musical talent to get noticed. Either that, or she's stressing the fact that she's a girl and former model to make up for any lack of talent.

Unnecessary, really.

I agree. Her work (music) should speak for itself.
