Nicholas Cage: Serene or stoned?

My girlfriend and I have just had a nasty argument, and we're now in a battle that could define the fate of our lives. As a couple, as humans, as ~~Americans~~ Brazilians! We then turn to the CORe for help. Only you, fellow CORean, can decide which side is right in this turbulent discussion:
