Funny you should ask. My son just told me he's going to divorce his wife. They don't look like a couple retards, but I'm fully supporting him in his decision. They've only been married 4 months and he was in the war for 3 of those; they got married a couple days before he deployed and he changed his mind when he came back.

the government cant take control of something if it doesnt have the resources. the military and the cops are all paid off by the drug guys. the government informants are also not very reliable as they are usually on the drug guys payroll also. you see a pattern here? dont be such a tool.
