im guessing im gonna get ripped hehe but too late to order online have less than a week.

even paying for express delivery im sure you can do better than the sony store. Why the rush? Never rush...perseverance can save you a big amount on a top notch setup.

x100, pay a little extra for express shipping on the net, and it will still come out way cheaper than buying it here

Posted by mastercongo on Apr-03-2008 15:16:

well can you guys recommend some net places

well its not for me. gf is leaving to mexico in 6 days. and a friend started asking for some stuff he wants from here. i mean compared to mexico its probably cheaper here but yeah online its way cheaper. i mostly never buy anything retail in montreal unless its boxing day.

+1

Buy a US post box somewhere in New York State or Vermont, order your shit to there and go pick it up yourself.

You'll literally save $500-800 on a full set up if you do that.

Posted by mattymtl on Apr-03-2008 16:27:

$89.99 at http://www.audiolines.com, which is where i got my headphones.

The difference is ... for me.. when i buy stuff at moog

Is that there's someone to tell me... dont buy this one... buy that one

They get me good deals

When something breaks they ship it back... and they gimme another pair till it comes back or replace it right away

Same thing for anything else in the store ...

Try to send back your headphones when you bought them online ... see what happends

90$ + tax + shipping online = about 120$

Go to moog... give em 180 cash and get the service that goes with it

The guys are super cool

Theres always about 3 to 4 guys on the floor to help out... and they know their shit

Are you going to email the website youre buying your stuff from and ask them.... hummm which one of those headphones is better ?

Lol ................ NOT

Got those AKG studio headphones at moog ... for 408$ tax in

They sell it at 449 on your website

http://www.audiolines.com/AKG-K-701-p-21321.html

Got those AKG dj headphones at moog ... 149 tax in

They sell it at 169 on your website

There's also Spectre Sonore in St-Hubert (south shore). Got my turntables over there and they have some good deals.

Haha.

The guys at Moog are really great, but that doesn't mean Moog is the only store anyone can shop at ever, how stupid.

www.agiprodj.com

They know their shit, and you can call them and talk to them all day long about DJ gear.

They also have great return policies and are authorized dealers of all the products they stock meaning you get all factory warranties.
