Sharams P.A.T.T (Party All The Time) was one of 2007s biggest worldwide dance records. A No.8 in the UK, it spent 15 weeks in the Top 30, achieving A lists at every major radio and TV station, and topping numerous club and DJ charts. After a year spent recording his debut solo album, Sidedish, which includes guest spots from P Diddy, Chuck D, Tommy Lee, Nic Fancuilli, and more, the Grammy winner has returned with The One, featuring Daniel Bedingfield on vocals. The One has already received several plays from Pete Tong and Zane Lowe on Radio 1, Galaxy, and Kiss on national radio, and a host of ILR stations have made this a priority track.
A major club record for months, its been played by DJs including Erick Morillo, David Guetta, Loose Cannons, and beyond. P.A.T.T. was Sharams first solo single, after taking a break from being one half of Grammy Award nominated and Grammy Award winners Deep Dish, the most successful US dance duo in history.
He moves effortlessly between a nocturnal world of underground dancefloors with acid house cuts like Get Wild (hammered by Dubfire, Angello, Ingrosso, Prydz, and a wide range of electro and techno DJs), and daytime commercial radio with releases such as The One. Always unpredictable, Sharam will never conform to anything other than his own high standards. Daniel Bedingfield, who to date has 3 UK No.1 singles and a 5x platinum debut album to his name, heard Sharams version of If Youre Not The One last year, when it became a club anthem in Miami and Ibiza. He then got in touch with the US based DJ and producer, and they agreed to collaborate together. Alongside the radio and dub mixes, remixes come from David Guetta & Joachim Garraud, Cedric Gervais, Dean Coleman, and D Formation.

My favorite quote about the night:
"Sharam Tayebi mans the turntables as one half of the Grammy award winning DJ/production duo Deep Dish. Characterized by a harder style than his partner Ali "Dubfire" Shirazinia, Sharam performs as Deep Dish featuring Sharam, when he takes to the road to deliver his signature half of the distinct Deep Dish sound. "
tonight is theeeeeeee night, the vibe is crazyy
Got in at around 4:45, Ned Shepard was about to finish, didn't get to listen to him alot but the crowd seemed really into it. Sharam came in at around 5 I think, I left at 6:30
..It was one of the most boring sets I ever experinced in Stereo, I don't know if this is his style but it sounded at certain moments like lounge music, I just couldn't dance, it was very soft. It started to progress at around 6:00 but then when he started playing commerical tunes, I just left.

To be honest, he arrived at 1234 at 1AM and put the fire in the party, he played a super progressive electro deep set for a clientele of 25+. The setup was amazingggg, After his set that he finished at 3h15, he was really cool to speak with everyone he stayed at the club till 4 to chillout and everything and to take some pictures ( ive got 2
) with the people. The guy is super nice, and produkt people are real gentlemens ( alex K , brandon ). After that i went to Stereo with them and not stayed for a long but his concept at stereo was different than the one at 1234, maybe thats the reason why he was a bit confuse. Get Wild is a totally different concept then the Yoshitoshis night. Anyways, the guys is great and every1 stayed till the end at 1234, and for those that are saying that 1234 is 16 years old people, you should have come yesterday, we had some of the biggest clients that run around the city that i know with a super mature clientele. Anyways, Sharam, 9/10
defienitly, it wasn't the typical 1234 crowd, it was older, way older... in fact too old
also, major sausage fest, but thats another story.
I didn't like his set, i never got into it.

what's wrong with a little dance off?
breakdance on edm would look just as dumb as tap dancing with timbs

lol stereohead, totally agree with your review stereohead. That place, like almost every other night club in town, is filled with 15-16yo kids who go clubbing just to get drunk and waste their parents' money, and i dont blame them, i guess thats whats clubbings all about. They dont care about they music, not they know anything about it, these girls u overheard talking about "say hello" says it all. Im sure that if you put let say masiello, sasha or digweed on a random night in any club, ppl wont even notice and wont care, thell just keep getting drunk, unaware of the god thats playing for them. Thats y i dont go clubbing anymore, hate it. After going so much to afterhours and learning to really appreciate the music and knowing what its all about, you go clubbing and realize how crappy the music is. + theres no vibe, that totally kills it for me. Anyhow, point is, no big artist should come to a club (in montreal anyways, afterhours are the place to be ((())).
but erika, how was his stereo performance, much better i guess?
What the fuck is wrong with girls enjoying "Say Hello" ?
Seriously ...
At least they are interested in a way into EDM
When say hello got released, it was hot
Now 3 years later its not "cool" that they wanna hear him play it ?
Common
You gotta understand kids asking for guetta & hiphop
The vip section is usually hip-hop top40
The guy who is a regular doesnt give a shit that maher is a great dj
He wants to hear what he usually hears and makes him spend money
What makes his friends drink / scream / have fun
He wants to party
Which is mainly the goal in clubbing
Music is very important for some of us, but lets not use it to bash other peoples tastes
When you play a room that is usually not your style of music... you gotta understand people's expectations coming into the room they are in every week
And im sure maher knew that when he started to play
Louis is super right, anyways, you should have been there when he played say hello at 3h15 to close his set, people were jumping all over the place and turned nuts, and you have so much behaviours on clubs, go to Times, Opera, Tribe thursdays, even us 1234 which we use to have a super young crowd were taking it back to what it use to be, but stop bullshitting the crowd that cant afford to be fucked for 3 days after having beeing on pills till 11AM, and enjoy what the nightlife has the best to offer you.
i'd have to disagree
you're going to the wrong clubs
the baller clubs arent where its at if you want the vibe i think you do
go to cherry, salon daome, the SAT every now and then same for tribe and opera when they host edm names you like
SAT & Metropolis are 2 clubs that appeal to a wide-ass spectrum of tastes (filling up 4 ARia) and if you've been, you can't deny the vibe
.. but if you're narrow and you enjoy the (((Stereo))) type sound sole, then cherry should tease your fancy, unless music is not your only reason for partying at sunrise...
