This here is Advice Dog:

The dog is a trusty sage who arms curious people with knowledge, and OMG IT'S SO KYUUUUUTE ^_^!!11!1!. His advice is generally quite good and should be followed.

Careful, though. You shouldn't mistake Advice Dog with Minsinformation Mutt:

This dog's advice is not so great, some say. We don't know much about him, though.
