That is his point. Use the search function to find out whether or not it has been done before.

People get sick of seeing the same old topics over & over. So after the first few derisive retorts you received in other threads about how it had been done before, or to keep things in the forum/thread allocated to that topic, one could only surmize that you would have then taken it upon yourself to examine the situation here on TA a little closer so as to learn how this li'l intarweb community dealy actually functions.

Now, yet another repeat of actions in the same vein as those which ennervated others on the board has occurred. & you are wondering why the derisive/sarcastic replies have escalated?

Sir, perhaps you should enlist a tutor if you are going to continue to post threads on here. Also, I would recommend hiring a sarcasm coach to help you fully grasp the delightful art that it is to understand its full potential.

Either way, here ends this advice/rant/monologue.

So people who are not "nice" are therefore ignorant? Strange, my own life experience has shown me no such correlation and I'm certainly not aware of any psych studies on that hypothesis.

I wonder why some people are so eager to prove that they're "nice". I would think that sincerity, loyalty, leadership, integrity, and perhaps a sense of humour are far more valuable qualities to possess and use in the long haul than politeness or meekness. Strained courtesy tells people nothing about who you are, and rarely leads to any serious insight into who others are.

Unless you're looking for a job as a secretary and many casual, fair-weather acquaintances, I wouldn't attempt to claim superiority by right of ingratiating obeisance.
