Fresh Squeezed reviews???
Did anyone go?
I heard the party was good but not a lot of people showed up. i could be wrong tho! somebody clear this up!

showed up around midnight after being at a lame kickback.
perfect timing.
feelgood was good.
steve smooth was better than i expected.
jj flores was good as well.
not so many people lots and lots of dancing room.
overall fun night.
astrix didnt show up i guess. all i know i didnt go.

yes it is for real he didnt even tell the promoters he wasnt coming until 10pm the nite of the event. he ended up sending xnoize instead.

For those who went and are pissed message astrix on facebook or myspace and the management will get back to you with what really happened. I doubt he didnt notify promoters. I also doubt it was last minute becuase he did have the time to send in a replacement from xnoise.

they never made any statements either, i dont think most of the kids at that party new the difference anyway.

All of us at the Fresh family want to thank everyone for coming out and making last night absolutely amazing! Your good vibes and positive attitudes helped make this one of our best events ever! Seeing everybody united on the dancefloor and having fun last night was an amazing experience and we hope everybody enjoyed themselves to the fullest. Thank you for your support and you can look forward to more events by Fresh Entertainment in the near future
We would also like to express our deepest apologies for the confusion over Astrix being unable to perform. We only received the information about Astrix being hospitalized just prior to the event and our web administrators did not receive the information in time to make a public announcement about him being replaced at the last minute. This deeply saddened us as well as Astrix himself who was very excited about coming to perform for all of you. Unfortunately his doctors have grounded him from all flights due to an infection in his spine that has kept him in tremendous pain for some time now. We wish him a speedy recovery so that he may come back again at a later date to play a future Fresh event. In his absence, his good friend and labelmate, X-Noize(www.myspace.com/xnoizemusic) , came out to deliver a powerful psytrance set that rocked the dance floors of Fresh Squeezed almost equal to that of his injured comrad and even dropped one of Astrix's songs in honor of him not being able to make it.
If there's any other issues you'd like to make us aware of, feel free to share your thoughts by emailing us. We appreciate your commments and suggestions, they're an essential element of our mission to produce the best events possible.
As for event photos, they will be up shortly as well as the links to several photography sites that captured the event.

What was the reason he couldn't come to SF? The same hospitalized grounded reason or something different. Cause if it is the same - FUCK YOU Fresh crew. Last minute cancellation my ass.

I believe their reasoning, I DON'T believe that they only received it just prior to the event.
We've known up in SF for awhile now...you telling me that his people didn't bother contacting them until in just the last few days?
Gimme a break. I strongly feel they knew just as soon as SF did...and chose not to say anything in fear it would effect ticket sales.
I could be wrong, but I just don't see how they didn't know when SF has known for so long.
at least LA got X-Noize, we got some old dude

Just piseed becuase though i didnt go I was so close to changing my flight to Denver and going to LA from the bay area for Astrix and then head to denver the following day. Only reason I couldnt go was a family matter but it is pretty aggrevating when this shit happens. Well least promoters have learned people want Astrix and lets hope he gets booked more often!
im not a fresh promoter. just stating what they were saying on the boards. im sure fresh knew but as previously stated there fresh there shady lol anyways he was my main reason for going to fresh and im glad at the last minute i decided not to go
