Salad King goers.. lil help

I'm doing a project on Salad King for one of my classes in school and I need your participation in a simple survey. It should take between 5-8 mins.

Only take the survey if you've EATEN AT SALAD KING.

filled out the form. been to salad king twice. Loved it! great food, great price and blazing fast service.

only complaint is that it gets loud in there.

I think we have a S&M date as well... but Im sure we can incorporate that into one of the above dates.

I've been well over 50 times, and absolutely never had bad service there. I used to go at least once a week when I was working downtown.

I guess every system breaks down at some point.

I absolutely love Salad King, food is very good and spicy, I usually get a 15 spice golden/green curry. This is the only place that has ever made me sweated eating spicy food.
