Wasn't a fan of last years compilation but the previous ones were all very good.

Can't wait to see the tracklist.

I really enjoyed Miami and Ibiza, but Amsterdam was a crock of shit. I doubt he will make something worthy again.

Cross your fingers.

And yeah, I don't think anyone will deny Coldharbour was insanely good.

I actually liked Amsterdam even if he left the sidechain going the ENTIRE time. Guess sidechaining is like the flanger of the new era.

I'll probably give this a shot. I don't know why I keep giving mctrance/mcprog another shot since I'm almost always disappointed, ah well.

Let's see of the downward trend of Schulz's mix compilations continues with this...

I'm essentially in the same boat, and I think it's those occasional 'ahh, there we go' moments in which it gets it right that is responsible for my never having completely given up on this style.

I agree as well, but I also blame a a lot of the producers out there that gave up on that Coldharbour/Miami sound to instead go with the electro/minimal fad that came in a few years ago. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough, but there seem to be much less tracks out there these days that have that kind of sound to them (the Coldharbour/Miami compilations, I mean). If anyone has some suggestions, point me in that direction!

gota support the toronto love!

this is wat markus has to say on his blog:
The two biggest things that inspire me about Toronto are my nights playing at The Guvernment, and how incredible the fans are. There are certain clubs and cities in the world I would recommend any clubber to experience at least once, and Guv is right up there with the best of them. I have had the privilege of playing there for over 6 years now, and I owe the special moments accumulated there over the years towards the shape and evolution of my sound as it stands today. The tranceaddicts there are fantastic. They have been so welcoming to me during my visits and the support they have generated for my productions and by tuning in to Global DJ Broadcast each week is incredible. They show up at the club with their signs and banners of appreciation, and their genuine warmth and hospitality is amazing.

God, I'd love to go to Guv. Not the best club but a damn good one from what I've seen.
