I've always wanted to get one, but its so expensive to get it shipped to the states!! I think it's about 60 euros...you go to pvd's website and click contact, then send them an e-mail, and they'll send you an order form back.

of course you could always buy a cheap plain t shirt, a sheet of transfer paper, go into Word, then type and print out:

for half the price and no shipping cost.
