Any Digweed Fans Out There? Who's Going?
Ok, this is my second thread on TA and don't need replies from wiseguys about rape, etc.
I'm a FL housewife coming up to see Digweed. The only friend I have in ATL isn't into clubbing at this time. Would love to hang w/funloving, responsible ppl at the show...any out there???
I know I was in that thread and I want to display again that we were joking. Doesn't make it right, but know that.
I'll be there, and would love to welcome you properly.

Hmm, under 4hr to miami for WMC, Don't get it?
Not sure why it's impt to you as to how I get to ATL but will be flying in. As to WMC, my hub and I are just going to Ultra...by car of course.
no not impt to know your travel arangement, just found it odd to make the trip to Atlanta for Digweed, when he's doing like 3 shows during wmc is all. By the way, ultra, is not the best show by a long shot during wmc. Actually have not gone to ultra since the venue they use now is really horrible.
You're not the first that has said the present Ultra location is horrible but gonna check it out anyways. Been to the former locale so maybe we'll compare but doubt that'll matter much. I'm sure we'll catch Digweed while in Miami but I'd rather see him for the first time at a less crowded venue such as Opera.

check this for shows in Miami, BTW, Opera, sucks, I am sure I can get some back up on this one LOL. So I am assuming you went to ultra at Bayfront park? Where they had a real amphitheater? Bi-centennial is not even a park but an undeveloped open field. They only moved it there so they can make more money rather then give a better show. I went a few years back on the Friday and it was still sickly over crowded, only went because of The Cure. Forgot to mention that Ultra is over priced now too. Nothing like a pool party on the beach, relaxing, invigorating, and you still have energy for night time.
wmc is always fun just look for the lesser known shows and stay on the beach, the Downtown clubs get really stupid.
Backup or not...I LOVE OPERA

so do you not go out to Ebor? I know it's a it Disney'ed out now but when I lived and visited Tampa, Ebor had much better clubs then Atlanta has ever had imho. The venue now called opera was best when it was called Axis back in the early to mid 90's. Then they were not as pretentious as they are now, oh and if they played hip hop, this was when hip hop was still good 
I think the reason a lot of us here despise Opera, is that the place has potential and who ever is running it only makes it worse. Plus there have been a few incidents of staff getting a little overzealous.
The best clubs I have been to n Atlanta, for size/fun and sound were Vision, Rivera, Masq, Blue, in that order for me. Just well put together clubs. Vision was just plain huge and had great sound, went to a few good shows there, but it went to crap b4 they shut down. Shirley took out Rivera, well really club 112 took out Rivera, but that is a story in and of itself. Masq is still Masq. Blue, now Primal, almost went a couple of weeks ago but had a better offer 
If you go to Miami for more then Ultra, which I suggest you do, hit remix/beatport pool party, always nice and free. Also there is a nice show that Nick Warren puts on at shine, The Return of Hope, one of the best shows last wmc, and a bargain @ $20 for 10pm to 5 am! With headliners as openers!
only show I know for sure I am going to while in Miami.

I'll be there for sure. Couldn't make it to Sasha b/c of the damn 21+ but I'll be there for Diggers!

I have to say that I'm incredibly excited to see JD as well! And, that's probably even understating it a bit.
