Reduce your carbon footprint.

you don't have to spend money to get a conditional pass... you only have to pay for e-tests and diagnostics
A resonator shouldn't affect the emissions readings

That includes: - Hydrocarbons (HC, - incomplete combustion products) - Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) - Carbon Monoxide (CO - that's the one that will kill you if you leave your car running in the garage for 3 hours). Drive Clean doesn't even regulate CO2 emissions. But I'm sure you already knew that, and were just making a joke, right? Technically, since the main component in emissions control is the catalytic converter which converts a lot of those other bad things into harmless CO2, passing an emissions test would actually be increasing one's "carbon footprint." |

speaking for those without a car, a horse or $250 bucks to spare i say just drive the car without an emissions test and risk getting some actual problems.

"It's not what you say, it's how you say it" - something my mother told me nearly every day as I had a dreadful attitude (still do sometimes lol)
I really have no problem when people tell me that I'm wrong as long as it's backed with fact - which you did. So thanks
I really know nothing about cars.
Regardless... reduce carbon footprint ftw - I've been watching a bit to much 'Project Earth' lately.
