heheh. just finished reading your post swampz. didn't know you played cs! yooo, we should get a game goin' sometime. that would rock. hehehe. mannn been playin' cs since beta 3. love that game. though i miss the older versions. any other TAs play?? that would be fun.

hehe. mainly because then there wouldn't be all that unnecessary bitching and putdowns if it's among TA members for sure. cause i know 90% of cs players are fuckin' rude. hehe. whoops. used the f word there.

oh and thanks for not closing the tu_face thread too early swampz. i needed to let off some steam this mornin'.

yeahhh all of you who haven't play cs. check that mod out! you need half-life to play though or you can go out and buy the retail. hehe. yeahhhh.

I played it since Beta 1 but Im well and trully sick of CS (and CS players) now. If someone posts a server address I might break out the AK47 and teach you how to play

They are so fun to hunt though, how they try to hide and swear at you when you evict them from whatever little hole they tried to hide in.
Poor little boys, Im sure most will grow up to be garbage collectors and toilet cleaners one day...

seriously. i mean it's okay camp from place to place and play cautiously but to sit in a dark little hole and wait for people to run by?? what fun is that?! i rather do a jigsaw puzzle...hehe. but i like jigsaw puzzles, they're cool! and i digress..*sigh*

hehe. the best way to deal with them just so happens to be the funniest. HE grenades!! lol. i love watching them pop up from an explosion like a weasel on steroids and hit their head on the ceiling or something. heheheh.

i only been playing cs for a few weeks tho...my favourite is rogue spear...much better for tactical games!!
for some reason, the hl engine is really slow on my computer, tho it is a bit of a dinosaur nowdays.
hav'ta agree with lilith tho, q3 is much better game...runs a heck of a lot faster on my sytem, and the weapon choice in cs is extremely limited (compared to rs anyway).

yeahhh i agree with you on that fraggle. but counter-strike is a lotta fun. =) sometimes i find rs to be a bit toooo tactical and not enough action. heheh. me loves q3 though....ohhh god that games rox! lol. everyone i know tells me unreal is better but i hate unreal. it's soooo easy...and well...unreal! lol. hehehe.

Thats why Rogue Spear is so much fun, the realism.. Damn those missions are so cool, I love taking down the Hijacked plane... And the london subway on Urban Operations... Damn cool....

ya, the realism is a major factor! no armour/health/quad-damage/pickups etc. hehe
the different responses from tangos with regards to noise (ie. sd/grens/footsteps/doors)...it is so awesome! also, the variety of weapons and their different advantages/disadvantages and compared to q3 the players seem more hospitable (in my experience, anyway).
tho it does have it's drawbacks...main one that no dedicated servers -> not many servers available, and there seems a lot more waiting between games compared to q3 & hl/cs
747 mission is favourite too...personally i love playing the ct missions, tho i like the adversarial games when there's a heap of players...more to shoot at lol

i used to play UT till the early morning b4...then it was Q3...then it was Q3:arena...and now it's been Red Alert 2 for a while. anyone like playing real time strategies like RA2??

And yes that was the shit about cs...the "cool" wannabe hackers, newbie losers etc.. and veterans.. BARF.. these people actually think that they are cool by saying they play a online game LOL!

And cs is starting to get old.. Play Halo and Tribes 2..(when they get released) TF2 will probably be the same as daikatana... a great game released 50 yrs to late..

me looooves rs as much as the next guy though. hehehe. i kinda pulled away from the whole rts scene for little while. i used to be such an avid fan of those and still am! but...yeah...needed more action. hehe.

since we're on the topic of video games, might as well have something related to trance at the same time. hehe. any of you play wipeout and wipeout 3 for the playstation? ohhh duuuude, that game is soooooo hype!!!!! and the soundtrack the best soundtrack i've ever heard in my life!!! they got sasha, pvd, chemical brothers, prodigy and other great artists' music on there and it works with the game soooooooo well!

Count me in - but don't expect too much! Played cs a few times with some friends - not online - chances are y'all will crap all over me! but that is part of the fun
